Description

Luminous. Soothing. Enchanting.

"I imagined a luminous scent full of joy and pleasure. Evoking an afternoon nap in an orchard under fig trees" Nathalie Lorson

Ingredients
  • ORANGE BLOSSOM - TUNISIA: The scent of an enchanting, light-bathed flower that disturbs the senses.
  • SANDALWOOD: The notes of sandalwood are woody, spicy, sweet, balsamic, warm, and milky. This ingredient provides a silky, enveloping woody texture that gives Fig Infusion its intensity.
  • BENZOIN - VIETNAM: Six months after collecting the resin (between January and April), benzoin can be extracted from it. It has a sweet, warm, and vanilla-like aroma. It is delicate, slightly cinnamon-like with amber-balsamic aspects.
  • BLACK TEA - SRI LANKA: The scent of black tea is obtained by processing dried tea leaves. The leaves are first oxidized and dried, then rolled and broken, and finally fermented.
  • FIG: There is no fig oil, but a perfumer can create its scent using their palette of natural ingredients. Fig notes are very similar to the scent of fresh fruit, with green and lactonic accents.
  • MANDARIN - ITALY: Mandarins are harvested in winter, from October to the end of March, depending on the variety. They are picked when ripe on the tree. The skin must be uniformly orange, and the fruits heavy.
Fragrance Notes
Orange blossom, sandalwood tree, benzoin, black tea, fig, mandarin

About the brand Essential Parfums

The brand is a pioneer of the so-called conscious perfumery, which prioritizes the protection of natural resources, caring for the environment, and fair cooperation with local communities in sourcing perfume ingredients instead of marketing on the podium.

"Our priority is the scent itself, not its packaging (decorative bottles, advertising costs, and licensing fees, which often create confusion in the world of perfumes). When it comes to ingredients, simplicity is the highest level of sophistication, which is why we focus on a precious handful of natural substances, avoiding the cacophony of their synthetic substitutes. The scent should speak for itself" - declare the owners.

We would like to add that these are natural compositions, full of light, rather light and uncomplicated, but definitely classy.
