Returns and complaints

You can cancel an order purchased in our online store within 14 days without stating a reason. The right to return starts from the day of delivery of the order. Please remember that returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging and in an unchanged condition.

You also have the right to make a complaint if the product does not meet your expectations or if it is damaged.

How to make a return

Step 1: Fill out the return form, you can download it HERE. Send it to [email protected] or print it and include it in the package with the returned product.

Step 2: Send the product to us at Galilu, ul. Stępińska 22/30 lok. 311, 00-739 Warszawa, along with the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). You cover the shipping costs, but you can also bring the ordered products to one of our stores within 14 days from the date of notification and sending the return form to our email address. The products will be transferred to our external warehouse, where the return will be processed.

We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers (paczkomaty) or with "cash on delivery" method.

Step 3: If the product qualifies for a return, you will receive a refund within 14 days or, if you prefer, we will exchange it for another product or a gift voucher of the same value. The funds for the purchases will be returned to the account specified in the form or through the payment method chosen when placing the order.

How to file a complaint

Step 1: Fill out the complaint form, you can download HERE. Send it to the address [email protected] along with photos of the product.

Step 2: Send the product to us at Galilu, ul. Stępińska 22/30 lok. 311, 00-739 Warszawa, along with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). We will prepare a prepaid return label for you, which we will send to the provided email address. You can also bring the ordered products to one of out stores within 14 days from the date of sending the form.

Step 3: If the product qualifies for a complaint, we will exchange it for a new one or you will receive a refund within 7 days from the positively considered complaint. We will refund the money to the account indicated in the form or by the same method as the order was paid for.
