Shipping methods

Our goal is to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We will try to ship it on the next working day. However, we reserve the right to fulfill orders within 7 days. The chosen carrier also affects the delivery time.

Within 24 hours of creating the shipping label, you will receive an email from the courier with details regarding the shipment of your package. You will also receive updates regarding the status of your shipment to the address provided in the order.

In-store pickup

Pickup at Galilu stores is free of charge. You can collect your shipment at the store after selecting the location and receiving email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. The preparation time for order pickup is up to 3 working days.

Please note that to collect the order, you must present an identity document and the order number. If someone other than the purchaser wishes to collect the order, they will need to present a written authorization and a copy of the buyer's ID card.
