Frederic Malle has always admired Sophia Grojsman. Out of all the perfumers outside of his prestigious Roure Bertrand Dupont laboratory, she was the one he most wanted to collaborate with. When he resigned from his permanent job at Roure and became one of the most respected consultants in Paris, he decided to contact her. Over the years, their professional relationship turned into a personal one. They were bonded by a brotherhood of souls. The result of their collaboration is probably the most masculine of her scents, which came about after Frederic teased her for not creating perfumes for men.

The inspiration was the Brazilian cocktail Caipirinha: samba on the beach, a whiff of orange scent, the blue sky and sea waves, ecstatic laughter of sexy, young people. Outrageous is an explosion of bergamot, mandarin and green apple on a sensual background of cinnamon, musk and ambroxan. It is theatrical, festive and colorful. Frederic described this scent as pure sex appeal.
