Our priority is to process orders as quickly as possible. Processing time is 2-3 business days. However, we reserve the possibility of fulfilling orders within up to 7 business days. Delivery time may also depend on the chosen carrier.

Within 24h of us creating the shipment order you will receive an email from the courier company with details regarding the transport of the package. You will also receive updates about the status of your shipment at the address provided in the order.


PERSONAL PICKUP

Personal pickup at Galilu stores is free. You can collect the shipment at the store after selecting the location in advance and receiving an email confirmation that the order is ready for pickup. The time to prepare an order for pickup is up to 7 business days.

Please remember that to collect the order you must present an identity document and the order number. If the order will be collected by a person other than the one who made the purchase, they must present a written authorization and a copy of the buyer's ID.
