How quickly will my order arrive?
Our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We will try to ship it on the next business day from the date it was placed. However, we reserve the right to process orders within up to 7 days. The delivery time also depends on the selected carrier. We offer delivery via the following companies:

Will my order placed by phone or e-mail be processed faster than one placed in the online store?
Every order is entered into our system. We process them in the order of registration, so a phone or e-mail order will be handled at the same time as an order placed through the online store.
Can I order a product to be shipped abroad?
Yes, international shipping is possible, but the order must be placed by e-mail, not through our website. Write to us at [email protected], and our consultants will inform you about the shipping costs.
Can my order be gift-wrapped?
Yes, most of our products, except samples, can be gift-wrapped. Just choose this option in the cart when purchasing the product. The cost of wrapping is 20 PLN per product. We wrap gifts in Italian papers from the Rossi and Tassotti brands, famed for centuries-old artisanal and bookbinding traditions.
Where can I pick up my order in person?
Personal pickup of online orders is possible at selected physical stores, after selecting the location and receiving an e-mail confirmation that the order is ready for pickup. The time to prepare an order for personal pickup is up to 7 business days.

How can I track the shipment of my orders?
After placing the order you will receive an e-mail from the courier with details regarding the transport of the package. You will also receive updates about the status of your package at the e-mail address provided in the order.
Can I return or exchange the ordered goods?
Product returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Within this period you should provide (by post or e-mail) a completed return form. Refunds will be issued after we receive the unused product together with proof of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and Autopay systems, which offer card payments, electronic transfers from all Polish banks, mobile payments, and payments through electronic wallets (BLIK, Visa Checkout, Masterpass, Google Pay and Apple Pay).
Can I buy something in installments?
Yes. When shopping online, add products to the cart and choose PayPo as the payment method. The "Pay in installments" service is available after paying off at least one PayPo transaction in full within 30 days. Check the details.
Can I buy something now and pay later?
Yes. PayPo offers this service. When shopping, choose PayPo as the payment method. If you don't have a PayPo account yet, provide your details. Subsequent purchases are confirmed only with an SMS code or a single click in the mobile app. PayPo pays for your purchases and you receive the order. You can check the products at home, and you have up to 30 days to repay PayPo. Check the details.
Can I get a tax refund for purchases (Tax Free)?
Unfortunately, at this time our store is not part of the TAX FREE program.
How can I order perfume samples?
The option to purchase a sample is available on the product's page. You can order only one sample of a given fragrance at a time and no more than 10 samples of different fragrances in one order. Each customer can buy a maximum of three samples of the same fragrance across their entire order history and only one sample per year. If you don't see the option to purchase a sample for the fragrance you selected, write to us at [email protected].
How can I order samples of skincare products?
Sale of skincare product samples is not our standard service, but we will gladly prepare them for you. If you are interested in testing a cosmetic, write to us at [email protected] and our consultants will inform you about the sample cost and shipping price.
Can I buy samples in physical stores?
The option to purchase fragrance samples is also available in our physical locations. You can buy 1 sample at a time. Decants are prepared on site by our team from testers of selected fragrance compositions.
For orders worth 300 PLN or less you will receive one sample; for orders above that amount – three complimentary samples, chosen individually by our experts. The order value is calculated solely based on product prices; shipping costs are not included in the amount qualifying for samples. The offer does not apply to orders consisting only of samples. We reserve the right to select the complimentary samples – their choice depends on the specifics of the order and the characteristics of the selected products.
Are all products in the store original and new?
Yes, all products both in physical stores and in the online store are original. We are an authorized distributor of all our brands.
Are the products available on the website also available in the physical stores?
Each neoperfumeria has a slightly different selection of products and brands. To confirm whether a given product is available in a particular store, write to us at [email protected] or call the selected store.
Can I order a product from one of your brands if it is not in the regular offer?
Absolutely. If the manufacturer allows us to fulfill a special order, we can order the selected product for you. Write to us at [email protected].
I found a product I want to buy but it is unavailable. Is there a chance to buy it later? When will it be available?
In most cases, if a product appears on our site, it should be available from us again. Write to us at [email protected], and we will give you an approximate availability date.
Why do perfumes smell different on me than on someone else?
The way a scent develops on our skin is very individual and unpredictable, so we always encourage testing it on your own skin before purchasing. Factors that influence how a scent develops on the skin include among others the hydration level of the skin, its pH balance, diet, and even health condition.
Why does the fragrance I bought not smell to me?
This question most often appears in the context of Escentric Molecules perfumes (e.g., Molecule 01 or Molecule 02). The specificity of Molecules fragrances is their simple structure - a solution of just one synthetic aromatic ingredient in alcohol. These ingredients - Iso E Super in Molecule 01 and Ambroxan in Molecule 02 - act like a base or fixative for other scents they come into contact with. On contact with our skin these perfumes most often bring out its own scent. For this reason the fragrance may seem neutral or imperceptible to the person wearing it, while it is noticeable to others around them.
What are: perfume (parfum), eau de parfum, eau de toilette, eau de cologne?
These terms refer to different types of perfumery products and indicate the concentration of the fragrance composition in the alcoholic solution. It is generally accepted that parfum has a concentration of 20-30% fragrance composition, eau de parfum: 15-20%, eau de toilette 5-15%, and eau de cologne is a product in which the fragrance concentration is about 2-4%.
The term eau de cologne can refer not only to concentration but to a specific type of product - a classic, fresh composition built from citrus and herbal notes, with a small admixture of woody notes in the base.
