Black Friday 2025 Terms and Conditions

§1. General provisions 

1. The organizer of the Black Friday 2025 promotion is GALILU SPÓŁKA JAWNA - WARYNIA GRELA, AGNIESZKA ŁUKASIK, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Mokotowska 26, 00-561 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for m.st. Warsaw – XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS: 0000245783, NIP: 5252350392 (hereinafter the “Organizer” or the “Store”). 

2. The promotion is valid from 28.11.2025 from 00:00 to 1.12.2025 until 23:59, provided that in physical stores the offer ends on 1.12.2025. 

3. The offer is valid while stocks last. 

§2. Rules for awarding gifts (GWP – Gift With Purchase) 

1. During the Black Friday promotion, customers making purchases for a specified amount are entitled to receive gifts in the form of random samples or minis whose value increases proportionally with each higher purchase threshold. 

2. The gifts qualifying for each purchase threshold are as follows: 

   a) Purchases from 1000 zł – pouch (BAG_BF25A), 

   b) Purchases from 2000 zł – cosmetic bag (BAG_BF25B), 

3. The values of the gifts are recorded on the receipt in the form of a code: 

   a) BAG_BF25A: 1000 zł, 

   b) BAG_BF25B: 2000 zł, 

4. Gifts are granted subject to product availability on the day the purchase is made. 

5. Only one gift is entitled per receipt. 

6. Gifts do not include the purchase of samples, gift wrapping or courier fees. These items are deducted from the total receipt value before qualification for the purchase threshold. 

§3. Purchase and payment with a gift voucher 

1. Purchase of a voucher: 

1. The purchase of a voucher is treated as a regular purchase, which means the customer may receive a gift according to the value of the purchase. 

2. Payment with a voucher: 

1. In the case of payment with a voucher, the purchase value qualifying for the gift threshold is calculated from the amount exceeding the voucher value. 

1. Example: If a customer uses a voucher for 500 zł for a purchase worth 2000 zł, the difference (1500 zł) qualifies the customer to receive the gift corresponding to that threshold. 

2. Gifts from the Black Friday promotion are not granted if the entire order amount is paid with a voucher; the customer receives only standard samples. 

§4. Receipt processing 

1. Purchases qualifying for gifts must be charged on a single receipt. 

2. A customer may not split a single product across more than one receipt in order to obtain multiple gifts. 

3. Each separate order will be packed separately. 

§5. Payment issues 

1. In case of payment problems, the Store first recommends that the customer use BLIK. In such a case please contact us at the email address [email protected]. 
   
   

§6. Order fulfillment time 

1. Due to high interest in the offer, order fulfillment times may be extended. The Organizer makes every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. 

§7. Return policy 

1. In the case of returning products purchased during the Black Friday promotion, the customer is obliged to also return the received gift in unchanged condition. 

2. The return of the product and the gift is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Galilu Online Store Terms and Conditions: 

1. As part of selected promotional actions, the Customer may receive from Galilu an additional product or a set of products (“Gift”) related to the purchases made. 

2. The Gift is an integral element of the promotional transaction – it is granted only on the condition of maintaining the purchase with which it is associated. 

3. In the event of contract withdrawal (return of the goods) the Customer is obliged to return the received Gift in an undamaged condition, together with the returned goods. 

4. Galilu does not accept incomplete returns. This means that the return of goods purchased as part of the promotion is possible only provided that all benefits received by the Customer, including the Gift, are returned simultaneously. 

5. If it is not possible to return the Gift in an undamaged condition (e.g., used, damaged, lost), Galilu is entitled to refuse to accept the return of the goods or to proportionally reduce the refund amount – in accordance with the actual scope of restoring the condition prior to the conclusion of the contract. 

6. The above rules apply correspondingly to purchases made in Galilu’s physical stores and in the online store, unless the terms of a given promotion state otherwise. 

§8. Complaints 

1. All complaints related to the promotion may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office or electronically to the email address [email protected]. 

2. Complaints will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these terms and conditions. 

§9. Final provisions 

1. The Black Friday 2025 promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and discount codes valid in the Store, unless the Organizer explicitly states otherwise. 

2. These terms and conditions constitute an appendix to the Galilu Gift Vouchers and Discount Codes Terms and Conditions, as well as the Galilu Online Store Terms and Conditions. 

3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions during the promotion, about which it will inform customers publicly on the Store’s website and in physical points of sale.
