Terms and Conditions of the “Offer of the Month” Promotion 
 

§1. General provisions 

1. The organizer of the “Offer of the Month” promotion is GALILU SPÓŁKA JAWNA - WARYNIA GRELA, AGNIESZKA ŁUKASIK, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Mokotowska 26, 00-561 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the m.st. Warsaw in Warsaw – XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS: 0000245783, NIP: 5252350392 (hereinafter the “Organizer” or the “Store”). 

2. The promotion is valid from 18.02.2026 from 11:00 to 26.03.2026 until 23:59, provided that in stationary stores the Promotion is valid until the store closes on the given day. 

3. The promotion applies in the Organizer’s online store and in stationary stores, unless otherwise indicated in the Terms and Conditions. 

4. The offer is valid while supplies last. 

5. The offer is intended exclusively for logged-in users.

§2. Rules for granting promotional sets and additional products within the Offers of the Month.

1. Under the “Offer of the Month” promotion, customers who purchase the promotional sets indicated below are entitled to receive an additional product attached to the promotional set in the form of miniatures (hereinafter referred to as: additional product added to the promotional set), under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions. Promotions are commercial in nature; in the case of promotional sets the additional product covered by the discount is not offered as a gift and given independently of the purchase, but constitutes an integral part of the shopping cart, the total economic value of which results from the application of the discount.

a. Purchasing at least one product of the Omorovicza brand entitles the customer to receive a Queen Cleanser 15 ml miniature, 

b. Purchasing Maison Francis Kurkdjian products with a total value exceeding PLN 800 entitles the customer to receive a Baccarat Rouge 540 EDP 5 ml miniature, 

c. Purchasing any Diptyque eau de parfum or eau de toilette in sizes 50ml, 75ml, 100ml or 200ml entitles the customer to receive an Orphéon EDP 7.5 ml miniature, 

d. Purchasing at least one Aēsop product entitles the customer to receive a Blue Chamomile Facial Masque 15 ml miniature,  

e. Purchasing at least one Ex Nihilo fragrance in sizes: 50ml, 100ml or Quintessence Set 5 x10ml entitles the customer to receive a Blue Talisman EDP 7.5 ml miniature. The offer applies exclusively in the Organizer’s online store. 

f. Purchasing at least one Les Eaux Primordiales fragrance in sizes: 50 ml, 100 ml entitles the customer to receive a Hand Cream 30 ml, 

g. Purchasing at least one Initio fragrance in sizes: 50 ml, 90 ml entitles the customer to receive a Can’t Get Enough EDP 5 ml miniature  

h. Purchasing at least one Escentric Molecules fragrance in sizes: 30ml, 100 ml, 200ml or 30 refill/cartridge entitles the customer to receive a Molecules 01 + Ginger EDP 8.5 ml miniature 

i. Purchasing at least one Byredo fragrance in sizes: 50 ml, 70 ml, 100 ml entitles the customer to receive a random 8 ml miniature (Bal D'Afrique extrait de parfum, Blanche extrait de parfum, Gypsy Water extrait de parfum, Mojave Ghost extrait de parfum, Mojave Ghost eau de parfum, Rose of No Man's Land extrait de parfum) 

j. Purchasing two any Nailberry nail polishes entitles the customer to receive a Pop My Berry nail polish 10 ml miniature 

2. The additional product attached to the promotional set is visible on the receipt in the form of a code. 

a. OMO104MINI2 - Queen Cleanser 15ml miniature,

c. DP940MINI - Diptyque  Orpheon EDP 7.5ml miniature, 

d. AESOP145MINI - Blue Chamomile facial masque 15ml miniature, 

e. INT035MINI - Ex Nihilo - Blue Talisman EDP 7.5ml miniature, 

f. LEP062MINI - Les Eaux Primordiales - Hand Cream 30ml, 

g. INT035MINI - Initio - Can't Get Enough  EDP 5ml miniature,  

h. EM053MINI - Molecule 01 + Ginger EDT miniature, 

i. BYR572MINI - Byredo Parfum 8 ml - random miniature, 

j. NLB025MINI - Pop My Berry nail polish 10ml miniature,           

3. Only one additional product under the promotional set is entitled per receipt for each individual offer referred to in paragraph 2. This means that if the conditions of several different offers are met on a single receipt, the customer may receive more than one additional promotional product, however from any given offer only one additional promotional product may be granted.

4. Additional products under the promotional set are granted while stocks last and are added to orders automatically in the shopping cart. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to grant the additional promotional product in case of its unavailability. 

5. The promotional set offer and the additional product do not include the purchase of samples, gift wrapping or courier fees. These items are deducted from the total receipt value before qualifying for the additional product included in the promotional set. 

§3. Payment with a gift voucher 

1. The customer may pay for the order with a gift voucher. The order value qualified for receiving the additional product included in the promotional set is calculated from the total order value, regardless of the use of the voucher. 

§4. Receipt settlement 

1. Purchases that qualify for the additional product under the promotional set must be charged on a single receipt. 

2. After placing an order the customer may not split it into multiple receipts in order to obtain multiple additional promotional products. 

3. Each separate order will be packed separately. 

§5. Payment issues 

1. In case of payment issues the Store will first propose to the customer to regenerate the payment link; in such case please contact us at the email address [email protected].  

§6. Order processing time 

1. Due to high interest in the offer, order processing time may be extended. The Organizer makes every effort to ensure that orders are processed as quickly as possible. 

    Orders are processed chronologically, according to the order of receipt and recording in the system. 

§7. Returns policy 

1. In the event of returning products purchased during the “Offer of the Month” promotion, the customer is obliged to also return the received additional product included in the promotional set in unchanged condition. 

2. Return of the product and the additional product included in the promotional set is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Galilu Online Store Terms and Conditions: 

a. As part of selected promotional actions the Customer may receive from Galilu an additional product or a set of products from the promotional set related to the purchases made. 

b. The additional product constitutes an integral element of the promotional transaction – it is granted only on condition that the purchase with which it is associated is maintained. 

c. In the event of withdrawal from the contract (return of goods) the Customer is obliged to return also the received additional product included in the promotional set in an undamaged condition, together with the returned goods.  

d. Galilu does not accept incomplete returns. This means that the return of goods purchased under the promotion is possible only if all benefits received by the Customer, including the additional product, are returned simultaneously. 

e. If the additional product included in the promotional offer is not returned, Galilu is entitled to deduct from the amount refunded to the Consumer the market value of the additional promotional product included in the set.  

f. If it is not possible to return the additional product included in the promotional set in an undamaged condition (e.g. use, damage, loss), Galilu is entitled to refuse to accept the return of the goods or to proportionally reduce the refund amount by the market value of the product – in accordance with the actual scope of restoration to the state prior to the conclusion of the contract. 

g. The above rules apply accordingly both to purchases made in the Galilu online store (to the extent that the Consumer is entitled to statutory right of withdrawal) and to purchases made in Galilu stationary stores, provided that the terms of the given promotion or a separate returns policy provide for the possibility of returning the goods. 

§8. Complaints 

1. All complaints related to the promotion may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office or electronically to the email address [email protected]. 

2. Complaints will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. 

§9. Final provisions 

1. The “Offer of the Month” promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and discount codes valid in the Store, unless the Organizer explicitly states otherwise. 

2. These Terms and Conditions constitute an annex to the Galilu Gift Vouchers and Discount Codes Terms and Conditions, as well as to the Galilu Online Store Terms and Conditions. 

3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions during the promotion, about which it will inform customers publicly on the Store’s website and at stationary points.
