Terms and Conditions of the promotion "Receive a Future Memories sample" 
 

§1. General provisions 

1. The organizer of the promotion "Receive a Delphes sample" is GALILU SPÓŁKA JAWNA - WARYNIA GRELA, AGNIESZKA ŁUKASIK, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Mokotowska 26, 00-561 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the m.st. Warsaw in Warsaw – XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS: 0000245783, NIP: 5252350392 (hereinafter the "Organizer" or the "Store"). 

2. The promotion is valid from 25.07.2026 from 09:00 to 30.07.2026 until 23:59, provided that in brick-and-mortar stores the Promotion is valid until the store closing time on the given day.

3. The promotion is valid in the Organizer's online store and in brick-and-mortar stores, unless otherwise indicated in the Terms. 

4. The offer is valid while stocks last. 

5. The offer is intended exclusively for logged-in users.

§2. Rules for awarding the promotional set and the additional product under the "Receive a Future Memories sample" promotion.

1. Under the promotion “Receive a Future Memories sample" customers who purchase the promotional set specified below are entitled to receive an additional product added to the promotional set in the form of a 2 ml sample of Future Memories eau de parfum (hereinafter referred to as: the additional product added to the promotional set), on the terms set out in these terms and conditions.  The promotion is of a sales nature; in the case of a promotional set the additional product covered by the discount is not offered as a gift and handed over independently of the purchase, but constitutes an integral part of the shopping cart, whose total economic value remains the result of applying the discount.

a. Purchase of any product available in the Galilu online and brick-and-mortar store entitles the customer to receive a 2 ml sample of Byredo's Future Memories eau de parfum.

2. The additional product attached to the promotional set is visible on the receipt in the form of a code.

   b. Only one additional product under the promotional set is entitled per receipt.

   c. The additional product under the promotional set is granted while supplies last and is added to orders automatically in the cart. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to grant the additional product from the promotional set in case of its unavailability. 

   d. The offer of the promotional set and the additional product do not include the purchase of samples, gift vouchers, gift wrapping, or courier fees. These items are deducted from the total value of the receipt before qualification for receiving the additional product included in the promotional set.

§3. Payment with a gift voucher 

1. The Customer may pay for the order with a gift voucher. The order value qualifying for the additional product included in the promotional set is calculated from the total order value, regardless of the use of the voucher. 

§4. Receipt settlement 

1. Purchases qualifying for the additional product under the promotional set must be charged on a single receipt. 

2. After placing the order the customer may not split it into multiple receipts in order to obtain multiple additional products under the promotional set. 

3. Each separate order will be packaged separately. 

§5. Payment problems 

1. In case of payment problems the Store will first suggest that the customer regenerate the payment link; in such a case please contact us at the email address [email protected].  

§6. Order processing time 

1. Due to high interest in the offer, order processing time may be extended. The Organizer makes every effort to ensure that orders are processed as quickly as possible. 

2.  Orders are processed chronologically, according to the order of receipt and registration in the system. 

§7. Returns policy 

1. In the event of returning products purchased during the promotion "Receive a Future Memories sample", the customer is obliged to also return the received additional product included in the promotional set in unchanged condition. 

2. Return of the product and the additional product included in the promotional set takes place in accordance with the provisions of the Galilu Online Store Terms and Conditions: 

a. Under selected promotional campaigns the Customer may receive from Galilu an additional product or a set of products from the promotional set associated with the purchases made. 

b. The additional product constitutes an integral element of the promotional transaction – it is granted only on the condition of maintaining the purchase with which it is linked. 

c. In the event of withdrawal from the contract (return of the goods) the Customer is obliged to return also the received additional product included in the promotional set in an undamaged condition, together with the returned goods.  

d. Galilu does not accept incomplete returns. This means that the return of goods purchased as part of the promotion is possible only on the condition of simultaneous return of all benefits received by the Customer, including the additional product. 

e. In the event of failure to return the additional product included in the promotional offer Galilu is entitled to reduce the amount refunded to the Consumer by the market value of the additional product included in the promotional set.  

f. If it is not possible to return the additional product included in the promotional set in an undamaged condition (e.g. usage, damage, loss), Galilu is entitled to refuse acceptance of the returned goods or to proportionally reduce the refund amount by the market value of the product – in accordance with the actual scope of restoring the state prior to concluding the contract. 

g. The above rules apply accordingly both to purchases made in the Galilu online store (to the extent that the Consumer has the statutory right of withdrawal) and to purchases made in Galilu's brick-and-mortar stores, provided that the terms of a given promotion or a separate returns policy provide for the possibility of returning goods. 

§8. Complaints 

1. All complaints related to the promotion can be submitted in writing to the Organizer's registered office address or electronically to the email address [email protected]. 

2. Complaints will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these Terms. 

§9. Final provisions 

1. The promotion "Receive a Future Memories sample" is combinable with other promotions and discount codes valid in the Store, unless the Organizer explicitly states otherwise. 

2. These Terms constitute an annex to the Galilu Gift Vouchers and Discount Codes Terms, as well as to the Galilu Online Store Terms. 

3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms during the promotion, of which it will inform customers publicly on the Store's website and in brick-and-mortar points.
