Terms and Conditions of the "Travel Size To My Ships as a Gift" Promotion

§1. General provisions 

1. The organizer of the promotion Travel Size To My Ships as a Gift is GALILU SPÓŁKA JAWNA - WARYNIA GRELA, AGNIESZKA ŁUKASIK, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Mokotowska 26, 00-561 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for m.st. Warsaw in Warsaw – XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS: 0000245783, NIP: 5252350392 (hereinafter the “Organizer” or the “Store”). 

2. The promotion is valid from 16.01.2026 from 09:00 to 18.01.2026 until 23:59, provided that in stationary stores the offer ends on 17.01.2026. 

3. The offer is valid while stocks last. 

§2. Rules for awarding gifts (GWP – Gift With Purchase) 

1. During the promotion Travel Size To My Ships as a Gift, customers making purchases for the amount of PLN 800 are entitled to receive a gift in the form of a random miniature of To My Ships Hand & Body Wash.

2. The values of the gifts are recorded on the receipt in the form of the code: TMS002MINI

3. The gift is awarded subject to product availability on the day of purchase. 

5. Only one gift is entitled per receipt. 

6. Gifts do not include the purchase of samples, gift wrapping, or courier fees. These items are deducted from the total value of the receipt before qualification for the purchase threshold. 

§3. Purchase and payment with a gift voucher 

1. Purchase of a voucher: 

1. The purchase of a voucher is treated as a regular purchase, which means that the customer may receive a gift according to the purchase value. 

2. Payment with a voucher: 

1. In the case of payment with a voucher, the purchase value qualifying for the gift threshold is calculated from the amount exceeding the value of the voucher. 

1. Example: If a customer uses a voucher for PLN 500 on a purchase of PLN 800, the difference (PLN 300) qualifies the customer to receive a gift corresponding to that threshold. 

2. Gifts from the promotion Travel Size To My Ships as a Gift are not granted if the entire order amount is paid with a voucher; the customer will receive only the standard samples. 

§4. Receipt handling 

1. Purchases qualifying for gifts must be charged on a single receipt. 

2. A customer may not split a single product across more than one receipt in order to obtain multiple gifts. 

3. Each separate order will be packaged individually. 

§5. Payment issues 

1. In case of payment problems, the Store first suggests that the customer use BLIK. In such a case please contact us at the email address [email protected]. 
   
   

§6. Order processing time 

1. Due to high interest in the offer, order processing time may be extended. The Organizer makes every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. 

§7. Returns policy 

1. In the case of returning products purchased during the promotion Travel Size To My Ships as a Gift, the customer is obliged to also return the received gift in unchanged condition. 

2. The return of the product and the gift is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Galilu Online Store Regulations: 

1. As part of selected promotional actions, the Customer may receive from Galilu an additional product or set of products (“Gift”) related to the purchases made. 

2. The Gift constitutes an integral element of the promotional transaction – it is granted only on the condition of maintaining the purchase with which it is associated. 

3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract (return of the goods), the Customer is obliged to return the received Gift in an undamaged condition together with the returned goods. 

4. Galilu does not accept incomplete returns. This means that the return of goods purchased as part of the promotion is possible only on the condition of the simultaneous return of all benefits received by the Customer, including the Gift. 

5. If it is not possible to return the Gift in an undamaged condition (e.g., use, damage, loss), Galilu is entitled to refuse acceptance of the returned goods or to proportionally reduce the refund amount – in accordance with the actual extent of restoration to the state prior to concluding the contract. 

6. The above rules apply accordingly to purchases made both in Galilu's stationary stores and in the online store, unless the terms of a given promotion provide otherwise. 

§8. Complaints 

1. All complaints related to the promotion may be submitted in writing to the Organizer's registered office or electronically to the email address [email protected]. 

2. Complaints will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these terms and conditions. 

§9. Final provisions 

1. The promotion Travel Size To My Ships as a Gift cannot be combined with other promotions and discount codes valid in the Store, unless the Organizer expressly states otherwise. 

2. These terms and conditions constitute an attachment to the Galilu Gift Voucher and Discount Code Regulations, as well as the Galilu Online Store Regulations. 

3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions during the promotion, about which it will inform customers publicly on the Store's website and at stationary points.
