Returns and Complaints



You may cancel an order purchased in our online store within 14 days without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal is calculated from the day the order is delivered. Remember, returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging and in an unchanged condition.

The right to make a complaint, on the other hand, applies if the product does not meet your expectations or is damaged.


WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

According to the Consumer Rights Act
the following cannot be returned:

• samples that are prepared to a special, individual order

• products that, for hygienic reasons, are sold in closed, sealed packages (including creams, serums, makeup and makeup remover products, powders, foundations, oil-based perfumes and deodorants applied directly to the skin, shampoos, gels, balms, waxes, pastes, oils, nail polishes and others), if the package has been opened by the Customer.


How to make a return

STEP 1: Fill in the return form, which you can download HERE. Send it to [email protected] or print it and include it in the package with the returned product.


STEP 2: Send the product to Galilu, ul. Stępińska 22/30 lokal 307, 00-739 Warszawa, together with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). You cover the shipping costs, but you can also deliver the ordered products to one of our physical stores within 14 days from the date of submitting and sending the return form to our email address. The products will be forwarded to our external warehouse, where the return will be processed.

We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers or by cash on delivery. 


STEP 3: If the product qualifies for return you will receive a refund within 14 days or, if you prefer, we will exchange it for another product or a gift voucher of the same value. The funds for the purchase will be returned to the account indicated on the form or via the payment method selected when placing the order.

How to make a complaint

STEP 1: Fill in the complaint form, which you can download HERE. Send it to [email protected] together with photos of the product.

STEP 2: Return the complained product to Galilu, ul. Stępińska 22/30 lokal 307, 00-739 Warszawa together with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). We will prepare a prepaid return label for you, which we will send to the provided email address. You can also deliver the complained products to any of our physical stores within 14 days from the date of sending the form.

STEP 3: If the product qualifies for a complaint we will replace it with a new one or you will receive a refund within 7 days of the complaint being positively resolved. We will return the money to the account indicated on the form, or by the same method used to pay for the order.
