Mixture of strongly acting herbs traditionally used to calm, relax and soothe the mind during deep, peaceful sleep. It does not contain caffeine/theine and therefore is an ideal choice for the end of the evening.
Our carefully selected ingredients, including lemon balm leaves and lavender flowers, have been used for centuries. Primarily for their calming effect on the body and for deep and peaceful sleep. Fenugreek seeds and valerian root help naturally calm the body, while tonka bean and orange oil provide a pleasant taste. Sleep Support tea does not contain caffeine/theine and is therefore an excellent way to unwind in the evening.
Recommended preparation method:
100 grams of loose leaf tea contains:
lemon balm leaves*, fenugreek seeds*, Italian fennel*, apple pieces*, yarrow herb*, lemongrass*, natural bourbon-vanilla flavor, rooibos* (South Africa), green rooibos* (South Africa), orange oil*, lavender flowers*, orange peel*, tonka bean*, marigold flowers*.
