To preserve all the properties of blackcurrant, we use only natural flavor made from fresh fruits. The same goes for strawberries - we use fully ripe, fresh organic fruits, which we freeze-dry and then grind into powder. This way, they retain their sweet, unique taste and scent, without the need for artificial colors and flavors.
