Balancing Toner, an incredibly gentle pH-balancing toner, is suitable for daily use. Used after cleansing, it removes any remaining makeup and impurities from the skin, as well as pollutants from tap water. Suitable for all skin types. It unclogs and tightens pores, preparing the skin for moisturizer application.
The innovative ingredient Sugar Biovector regulates the skin's pH and strengthens its protective, acidic layer. Beta-glucans and panthenol soothe irritations on sensitive skin, giving it a feeling of cleanliness and balance, while hyaluronic acid dramatically increases hydration. Balancing Toner will nourish the skin and restore its radiance.
