How to use

Warm the bottle with your hands. Massage the oil starting from the feet through the torso, arms, and hands all the way up to the neck and ears. Massage the joints and chest in circular motions clockwise. Massage for 15-20 minutes and then wait another 20 minutes for the oils to penetrate deeply into the skin.

Wrap your skin in a warming cocoon of chamomile, frankincense, ylang-ylang, spikenard, exotic verbena, geranium, and vetiver, on a nourishing base of sweet almond and sesame.
