Maria Candida Gentile bar soaps are made with gentle shea butter and enriched with plant oils known for their cleansing properties. Thanks to the plant-based formula, they do not dry out the skin and are suitable for all skin types. They do not contain parabens or petroleum jelly and are not tested on animals.
Maria Candida graduated from the prestigious perfumery school in Grasse. She is close to the philosophy of slow factory, and uses only the best natural ingredients in her compositions, often sourced from small, organic farms. She creates honest, "personal" scents, in contrast to the mainstream. Each one tells a different story.
"My first memory is related to roses from my family's garden. When they were in bloom, I would gather the petals and make my own rose water, which I would then pour into bottles and give to my family. As I grew up, it became clear to me that creating perfumes is the passion of my life. I believe that a good scent is one that works well for the person wearing it. This effect can only be achieved with natural essences that speak to our body and mind, and that we instinctively love," she says.
