This component adds softness to other materials, soothes the tension between musky, woody and floral notes, and makes perfumes smooth and light like clouds... According to chemist Philip Kraft, since the beginning of the 20th century, the "transparent, woody-amber scent" of the molecule Iso E Super has defined modern perfumery more than any other material. Orbitone® is a refined, surprisingly complex version of this irreplaceable molecule created by Takasago. The body moves in orbit thanks to the perfect balance between momentum and gravity. Orbitone®, the star of Patricia Choux's orb_ital fragrance, gives the composition this ideal balance, allowing for the creation of a planetary scent system. Violet and rhubarb; pepper, cedar and roasted coffee; tobacco, smoke and the flicker of a lit match. Among the various aspects of the Orbitone® molecule, the perfumer chose pink pepper as the main source of gravitational force. This spice, cool and spicy at the same time, is present in all levels of the orb_ital composition, gravitating towards the creamy molecule Hindinol® by Takasago, with its scent of sandalwood tree roots reaching into sacred frankincense.
