Galilu has been taking care of our well-being for years. Like everyone, we enjoy being well-rested, relaxed, and getting a good night's sleep. However, it's not always possible, which is why we use scents, oils, aromatherapy, scented baths, and a good book to help us. Our face mask is a part of this ritual. What makes it stand out?

Relief for the eyes. The gentle pressure exerted by the weight of flax seeds enclosed inside the mask helps relax the eye muscles. This is particularly beneficial after spending hours in front of a computer screen or a long car ride.
Better sleep. Studies have shown that inhaling certain essential oils, such as lavender, can affect the brain chemicals responsible for controlling sleep, resulting in improved sleep quality and helping with insomnia or difficulty sleeping.
Calming effect. Masks used during meditation or yoga practices block out light, helping to focus and feel calm.
The pillow perfectly conforms to the contours of the face.

How to use

You can place the cushion directly on your eyes or forehead. Chilled in the fridge, it will help with swollen eyelids.

Care: You can wash the pillowcase according to the instructions on the label, after removing the filling. If the pillow gets wet, remove the grains and dry them in a warm and well-ventilated place.
