Evoking the joyful monsoon season in Singapore, uplifting green scent, with the heart of holy basil and Thai pandan leaves. Our own exquisite French jasmine harmonizes with the freshness of green mandarin. Unique Alaskan cedar adds structure to the scent. A touch of adventurous character is created by Sichuan pepper, patchouli and a hint of cardamom. Clean, refreshing and invigorating, exciting perfumes that can be worn when we feel like new adventures.
Holy basil, also known as tulsi or Ocimum tenuiflorum, is a perennial herb highly valued in Southeast Asian cultures for its various uses. Its green leaves, distinguished by a peppery but subtly sweet taste reminiscent of licorice, are commonly used in cooking - bringing out the depth of flavor in dishes. However, the significance of this type of basil goes far beyond the culinary sphere. Holy basil is valued for its cultural significance and medicinal properties, it is often used in religious ceremonies and is believed to have beneficial effects on health - with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

The founders create their own uncompromising recipes - in terms of integrity, cost and quality. They use traditional, artisanal and time-consuming methods. Each bottle of Raer perfume is hand-filled in the Atelier in Berlin, just across the Spree from the Neue Nationalgalerie.
