The holy sage Bhrigu agreed to help prepare a magical potion that would change the king's fate, and Yuvanaswa, being a devout man, organized a grand ritual to please the gods. The ritual lasted for several days, so by the end of it, Yuvanaswa was exhausted and thirsty. When he came across a beautiful jug of water, he drank it all. PLOT TWIST. The jug was a magical elixir prepared by a great sage for the queen.
And so the king became pregnant. Luckily, Yuvanaswa was favored by the divine powers. When his pregnancy came to an end, seven great sages and even the king of gods, Indra, joined him and cut a hole in the king's thigh so he could give birth to a boy. However, a new problem arose: the king could not breastfeed the child. Indra cut his thumb, and since he was a god, his veins were filled with life-giving nectar instead of blood. He allowed the child to suck on his thumb and declared that the name of the new king, who would conquer the entire earth, would be "Mandhata".
And that is why children, born with the memory of their divine ancestors, still suck their thumbs.

Stora Skuggan is an independent Stockholm-based olfactory studio, founded by five versatile creators. Since their debut in 2015, they have gained a reputation as a niche brand that reinterprets the art of perfume making. Their trademarks? Poetic storytelling, complexity and variability of scents (we strongly encourage testing on skin, not on blotters), packaging - small glass bottles topped with a large (almost as big as the bottle itself) spherical cap. What's more, each packaging stands out with unique, three-dimensional graphics.
And the scents themselves? One of a kind, abstract, intriguing, unconventional, mystical. Their creators do not impose interpretations, they do not tell you what to feel - after all, everyone feels differently.
