Perfume connoisseurs will not be surprised by the pleasant presence of vetiver from Haiti from the first note of the fragrance, along with the overture of characteristic notes of dry grass and clean soil. As the fragrance develops, subtle notes of mint appear, which brighten it up and add vitality. However, the real surprise comes later. Above the distant metallic tones, without any warning, a distinct grapefruit note appears. In this composition, the traditional fragrance pyramid has been turned upside down: the top notes dissipate, giving way to the head notes, which leave a long-lasting feeling of freshness.
James Heeley, a lawyer by education, began his adventure with fragrances by creating the composition of Figuier - a perfectly thought-out interpretation of the scent of a fig tree. This perfume gave birth to a collection that combines two seemingly opposing features - timeless elegance and nature. When we smell the incense Cardinal, the essential Sel Marin or the clean and powdery Blanc Poudre, we feel admiration and fascination.
The creator of the brand personally takes care of both developing the formula of each fragrance and designing the packaging.
