Cellulite often forms on areas where fat accumulates in women, such as the thighs, abdomen, and hips. In these areas, the circulation of tissue fluids and lymph is hindered by fat cells, which causes the formation of dimples.
Start from the farthest points from the heart and massage towards it, gently brushing with slow, even strokes.
Beginning with the front and back of the right foot, slowly move to the calf, then to the thigh and buttocks. After massaging the entire right leg, proceed in the same way with the left leg. Use the same method to massage the right arm: start with the hand, move to the forearm, then to the upper arm, and then massage the left arm in the same way, from the hand to the forearm to the upper arm. When massaging the abdomen, make movements in line with the peristalsis of the intestines. To do this, start from the lower right side of the abdomen and massage with small movements towards the ribs. Then massage horizontally from right to left and from the left upper side downwards. Massaging in a clockwise direction is very important.
