Reinforced leather note thanks to saffron. Development and enrichment of the scent of birch tar to show two faces of leather: smooth, full-grain - with Andalusian ladanum cistus, and soft suede - with Laotian benzoin resin absolute.
Matiere Premiere, a line of perfumes whose name means "raw materials", consists of unisex scents inspired by the world around us. Elegant but daring master perfumer Aurélien Guichard meticulously created each scent around one note that he found in nature. Key ingredients sourced exclusively from local and organic crops from around the world balance a range of other natural notes, creating interesting and complex scent interactions.

Both key ingredients (musk, neroli, Italian citron, guaiac wood, centifolia rose, sandalwood, frankincense, birch tar) and accompanying components are sourced exclusively from organic, environmentally responsible farms around the world.
