Orders

When will I recieve my order

Our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch it on the next working day after the order date. However, please note that we reserve the right to fulfill orders within 7 days. The chosen carrier also influences the delivery time. We offer shiping through the following carriers:

Will my phone or email order be processed faster than one placed on the website?

Every order is entered into our system. We process them in the order of registration, so a phone or email order will be processed at the same time as one placed through the online store.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is possible, but orders must be placed via email, not through our website. Message us at [email protected], our consultants will provide information on the shipping costs.

Can my order be gift-wrapped?

Yes, most of our products, except samples, can be gift-wrapped. Simply select this option when purchasing the product. The cost of packaging is 10 PLN per product. We use Italian papers from Rossi and Tassotti known for their centuries-old craftsmanship and bookbinding traditions.

Where can I personally pick up my order?

Personal pickup of online orders is available at all our physical stores, after selecting the location and receiving email confirmation that the order is ready for pickup. The preparation time for pickup orders is 3 working days.

How can I track the shipping?

If your order is shipped via FedEx or InPost, you will receive an email from the courier company with details regarding the parcel's transportation. You will also receive updates on the status of your parcel to the email address provided in the order.

Can I return or exchange ordered products?

Product returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. Within this period, you must send (via mail or email) the completed return form. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the unused product along with the proof of purchase. The product should be returned to:

Exchanges are only possible for unused and sealed products. If you wish to avail of this option, please contact us at [email protected].

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal and Autopay systems, which offer payments with debit cards, electronic transfers from all Polish banks, mobile payments, and payments through electronic wallets (BLIK, Visa Checkout, Masterpass, Google Pay, and Apple Pay).

Can I buy something with installment payment?

Yes. You can pay in installments with PayPo as the payment method. The "Pay in installments" service is available after paying off at least one PayPo transaction in full within 30 days.

Can I buy something now and pay later?

Yes. PayPo offers such a service. PayPo pays for your order, you check the purchases at home, and you have up to 30 days to pay back the amount owed to PayPo.

Can I get a tax refund for my purchases (Tax Free)?

Unfortunately, at this moment, our store is not part of the TAX FREE program.

Samples

How can I order perfume samples?

The option to purchase a sample is available on the product page. You can only order one sample of a particular fragrance at a time and no more than 10 samples of different fragrances. Each customer can purchase a maximum of three samples of one fragrance in their entire order history and only one sample per year. If you do not see the option to purchase a sample for the fragrance you have chosen, please contact us at [email protected].

How can I order samples of skincare products?

Samples of skincare products is not our standard service, but we will be happy to prepare them for you. If you are interested in testing a cosmetic product, please contact us at [email protected], and our consultants will inform you about the cost of the sample and shipping price.

Can I buy samples in physical stores?

Unfortunately, no. Our samples are prepared in an external warehouse, and it is not possible to purchase them in a physical store.

Product availabilty

Are all products in the store genuine and new?

Yes, all products, both in our physical stores and online store, are authentic. We are an authorized distributor for all our brands.

Are the products available on the website also available in physical stores?

Each neoperfumery may have a slightly different selection of products and brands. To ensure if a particular product is available in a specific store, please contact us at [email protected] or call the chosen store.

Can I order a product from one of your brands if it's not in the regular offer?

Absolutely. If the manufacturer allows us to fulfill a special order, we can order the selected product for you. Please email us at [email protected].

I found a product that I want to buy, but it's out of stock. Is there a chance to still buy it? When will it be available?

In most cases, if a product is listed on our website, it should become available again. Please email us at [email protected], and we will provide you with an approximate availability date.

Fragrance selection

Why do perfumes smell different on me than on someone else?

The way a scent develops on our skin is highly individual and unpredictable, which is why we always encourage you to test it on your own skin before making a purchase. Factors that influence how a scent develops on the skin include the level of moisture in our skin, its pH level, diet, and even our health.

Why the fragrance I bought doesn't smell enough?

This question often arises in the context of perfumes from the brand Escentric Molecules (e.g., Molecule 01 or Molecule 02). The specificity of Molecules fragrances lies in their simple composition - they are solutions of just one synthetic scent ingredient in alcohol. These ingredients - Iso E Super in Molecule 01 and Ambroxan in Molecule 02 - act as a base or fixatives for other fragrances they come into contact with. When these perfumes come into contact with our skin, they often bring out its own scent. Therefore, the fragrance may seem neutral or imperceptible to the person wearing it, but it is noticeable to others.

What are: perfume, eau de parfum, eau de toilette, eau de cologne?

These terms refer to different types of perfume products and denote the concentration of fragrance composition in an alcohol solution. It is generally assumed that perfume has a concentration of 20-30% fragrance composition, eau de parfum: 15-20% concentration, eau de toilette 5-15%, and eau de cologne is a product with a fragrance composition concentration of approximately 2-4%.

The term eau de cologne can refer not only to concentration but also to a specific type of product - a classic, fresh composition built from citrus and herbal notes, with a slight hint of woody notes in the base.
