I delved into my own soul and told about the most intimate, sometimes painful memories, dormant in my memory. Continuing on this path, I came across a mysterious, fairy-tale ritual, and to the scent that illustrated it, I gave the number 93. I promised myself that I would continue to follow with unwavering passion.
At this moment in my life, I need silence, peace and balance. I wanted to find a different spirituality that flows smoothly, like a boat on a wide river. I found it in the meaning of the word "forgetfulness" and in a certain distant place. I wandered for a long time in search of something that could complete this magical triangle. I was looking for a clear spiral with a plant heart and a body made of dust and earth. I spent the last year searching for forgetfulness and the scent that suits it. I drew inspiration from various sources, physical and spiritual. I visited Cambodia, sailed on the Mekong River, searched for the purest materials, studied scent memories, which were the starting point of the creative process. In the end, I understood that I don't really want to remember. I want to get lost in forgetfulness and listen to the silence. In forgetfulness, I found peace and salvation." Meo Fusciuni
Meo, also known as Giuseppe Imprezzabile, is a chemist specializing in herbal medicine. He also studied anthropology and ethnobotany, diligently delving into the knowledge of natural medicine and aromatherapy. Perhaps that's why he shies away from typical nomenclature - instead of being called a nose or a perfumer, he prefers to be called, as in ancient times, an "Aromatario" (a person who knows everything about the origin, properties, and processing of herbs and spices). We would add a wizard without hesitation, because that's exactly what he does with and through scents - he enchants.
Meo Fusciuni offers not only (exceptional) products, but also - if not primarily - a certain (beautiful) vision of the world. A world filtered through the sensitivity of an independent creator, a poetic and mystical world. Encouraging us to search and showing us how much we can gain if we just allow a little magic into our lives. We don't have to look far - according to Meo, it is present in everyday gestures, rituals, feelings, favorite songs, chance encounters, memories of travels, or planning for the future.
