When smelling Anima Dulcis, we are transported to the refectory of the Royal Monastery of Mary Jesus in 17th century Mexico. A group of nuns prepares spicy cocoa here according to a baroque recipe enriched with chili peppers, jasmine extract, cinnamon, and sweet vanilla. Meanwhile, Sydney Rock Pool is like surfing on the Australian coast in the 1970s - it contains warm sun-kissed notes of minerals, sea salt, coconut, and woody scents.
