Description
The inspiration for creating the latest masterpiece was an event accompanying a walking safari, which Thibaud Crivelli embarked on. During it, he unexpectedly came across orange flowers. In Neroli Nasimba, a classic ingredient used in high perfumery, namely orange flower oil (neroli), was reinterpreted. Its radiance was contrasted with the delicate character of soft leather.
"We left the hotel early in the morning. The air was crisp, still dark, but the first rays of sun were visible on the horizon. We drove a few kilometers through the savannah, and then our quad parked by the road. We started walking among acacias, through rocky hills and tall grass, yellowed by the sun and swayed by the wind. Animals slowly began to appear. We were accompanied by armed commandos, ready to react in case of danger. Some trees were blooming. I still have a vivid memory of the scent of orange flowers. Bright, sweet, contrasting with this wild world. And it was this memory that made me want to create bold, surprising perfumes - Neroli Nasimba."

Maison Crivelli is a French Haute Parfumerie house founded by Thibaud Crivelli in 2018.
