I like the feeling of very clean, fresh skin in the morning and this product guarantees it for me. These powder-type products can be a bit fiddly, especially in the shower, but pouring a small amount into the palm eventually works — a fine, velvety foam forms that cleanses and gently exfoliates. 

Body Cream + Firming Body Oil
OMOROVICZA 

For years I've been combining body creams with oils. The base is always Omorovicza Body Cream — I love everything about it: the texture, the scent, the way it absorbs and the fact that it actually moisturizes the skin. I don't search any further; it's my ideal. After sun exposure or in winter, when the skin is dry, I simply add a little oil — once it was Support Supersensitive from Aromatherapy Associates (I loved its scent most), now it's Omorovicza's Firming Body Oil. 

The Serum + The Rich Cream + The Face Oil

I do the same with facial care; I don't even think about it anymore — I automatically combine The Rich Cream and The Face Oil, as if my head and hands were programmed to reach for those two products; lately I like to add a regenerative serum underneath them. A win-win situation — the skin is properly hydrated, but everything absorbs quickly, so after just a few minutes I apply makeup. 

Sun Drops SPF 50

I don't like sunscreens. I know I should apply them every day, but it's a chore for me. I don't like their texture, their thickness; they remind me of plaster. Natural or not, they leave a film I can't get used to — it's another layer of skincare, and I have trouble with layers. Actually I should speak in the past tense — the problem disappeared when Dr. Sturm's SPF, Sun Drops, appeared. And as the name suggests, just a few drops are enough for it to blend into the skin without a trace (it's really hard to fault such a formula). I mix it with my day cream and head out into the world, ready to meet the sun, which I love.

I love patchouli. Not always on myself, but I have a big fondness for it — like many people my age, in my youth I used patchouli oil. So it's no surprise that the combination of Iso E Super and patchouli made such an impression on me, even enchanted me. Soft, velvety, captivating. And seductive. (A guaranteed "wow" effect).

I'm not fond of floral scents, but this one is simply lovely. Maybe because there are actually very few flowers in it — once applied to the skin it becomes woody. Dry, fluffy, noble, it stays close to the body. With it on my wrist, I keep bringing my hand to my nose, I can't help myself, it's stronger than me. Who would have thought I'd like lily of the valley so much!

Arnaud Poulain is a visionary. He is fascinated by industrial architecture and perfumery. He combines these two worlds, creating under the Les Eaux Primordiales label (coming soon to Galilu). All his (extraordinary) creations begin in his experiences, an olfactory memory that reaches back even to childhood. He gifted me the composition Ambre Superfluide and... I was smitten. A memory of celebrating shared moments spent in a sunny kitchen amid the aromas of grandmother's baking. It's a colorful story, multi-layered, delicious. Cinnamon, orange, honey, sesame, roasted apples with cardamom, tobacco, rum and vanilla are addictive. A gourmand scent, one of the types I find myself increasingly fond of.
